Thomas Roofing & Repair INC., is seeking Outside Sales Representatives to join our team! This Representative will seek and engage prospective clients to assist in both Roofing Repairs and Full roof replacements. Construction Sales are preferred but not required. Thorough training is provided in addition to promising leads. Flexible hours and environment.
Sales Representatives will be required to maintain a network of customers and seek out new sales. Communicating with customers and understanding their needs to properly assist in their construction needs. Ensure customer satisfaction and providing an unmatched experience. Responsiveness to service clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Excellent Customer Service and impersonable skills
- Experience with CRM (Customer Relation Management) Systems (not required)
- Problem Solving Skills
- Outside Sales Experience required
- Outside Sales Experience in Roofing/Construction Preferred
* Company will provide leads, company vehicle, automobile insurance, Gas card and uncapped commissions.
* Please note: This position is remote but does require candidate(s) to live within Central Florida as leads provided do require initial site visits.
