What are common reasons homeowners call for roof repair?

Homeowners often call when they notice roof leaks caused by age, improper installation, or storm-related damage, such as wind, hail, and hurricanes, and want the roof inspected and repaired before the problem worsen.

How do you determine whether I need a repair or a full roof replacement?

We assess the overall condition of the roof, identify the source and extent of the problem, and recommend the most appropriate solution based on what we find during the inspection.

Why should I schedule a roof inspection?

Roof inspections help identify wear or potential issues early, so you can plan maintenance or repairs before you’re dealing with an active leak or major damage.

What does your roof and attic inspection include?

Our inspection includes a full evaluation of both the roof and the attic to help identify visible damage, potential problem areas, and signs of issues that may not be obvious from the ground.

What should I expect during a roof installation or replacement?

You can expect a clear start-to-finish process: materials delivery, setup and protection around your property, removal of the existing roof when needed, installation of the new roofing system, daily clean-up, and a final walkthrough when the project is complete and ready for inspection (if required).

How long does a typical roof installation or replacement take?

Project length can vary depending on roof size, materials, weather, and the scope of work. We’ll review the expected timeline with you based on your specific project.

What should I expect if hidden damage is found after tear-off?

If we uncover hidden damage once materials are removed, we’ll document what we find, review it with you, and discuss the next steps needed to complete the job properly.

Do you obtain city building permits?

Yes. Permits are an important part of protecting homeowners. We pull the proper permits for your project, and we can walk you through the process if you have questions.

Is there a supervisor on the job site?

Yes. Every project has a crew supervisor, and a project manager oversees the work. Our project managers have completed OSHA 30 Construction Training, which is designed for supervisors with jobsite responsibility and supports a safer, more organized work environment. We also use a checklist to help ensure each job meets our standards.

Will you stay on the job site until completion?

Yes. Once we start a roofing project, we stay on it until it’s 100% complete and ready for final inspection. We don’t move crews around mid-project—the crew that starts your roof finishes it.

Do you have a safety program in place?

Yes. We have an active safety program and hold monthly safety meetings to help keep our team informed and protected. We’re committed to safety for your property and jobsite, and for our employees, on every project.

How do you handle job site clean-up?

Florida code requires removing all nails from the existing roof before installing a new one—often 10,000+ nails. We use tarps and magnets to help reduce stray nails, but because nails are small, a few can still be missed. We follow a clean-as-you-go policy, clean the site daily, and recycle whenever possible.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Discover, checks, e-checks, cash, and ACH. Financing assistance is also available.

Can you help with an insurance claim for hail or storm damage?
